Who controls your information

The legal seller and data controller is Riverside Plumbing, which operates the BlueOffice service. Riverside Plumbing decides how and why the personal information described in this notice is processed.

What we collect

Business owners: email, login credentials, business details, services and logo, and support messages. Customers who book: name, phone, service address, problem description and any photos they add. We also collect basic usage and device information (such as IP address) to keep the service secure.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use this information to create and manage accounts, provide booking pages, deliver customer requests, prepare and show estimates, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the service, and improve the product. We process this information where necessary to perform our contract with you, pursue our legitimate interests in operating and protecting BlueOffice, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with

The business a customer books with; our service providers (hosting, analytics and support tooling); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and booking data while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterward where needed for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security measures

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, account authentication, and restricted access to personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the service. We do not use marketing cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting Riverside Plumbing. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. We respond within one month.
