Seller and acceptance

The legal seller of BlueOffice is Riverside Plumbing ("we", "us", or "the seller"). When you create an account, purchase a plan, or continue using BlueOffice, you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with Riverside Plumbing.

Your account

You're responsible for the details you enter and for keeping your password safe. You must be of legal age and authorized to run the business you register. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). You can cancel anytime; your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Payments between you and your customers

BlueOffice never collects, holds or moves money between you and your customers. Invoices in BlueOffice are for tracking only.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others' intellectual property, or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping). We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Intellectual property ownership

Riverside Plumbing owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in BlueOffice and its intellectual property, including its software, source code, features, documentation, designs, trademarks, and branding. We grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, copy, or circumvent technical limits.

Your content

You grant us a limited license to host and process the content you add (business details, logos, customer information) solely to provide the service.

Service availability and warranty disclaimer

BlueOffice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverside Plumbing disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
